Converello is a cloud based platform that receives, indexes, encrypts and stores your business email. Converello can store email sent from or to specific mailboxes, or it can store everything that is sent and received across an entire organisation with almost limitless scale. It works continuously, tirelessly receiving, scanning and indexing emails.

Converello works at the organisation level and doesn't separate data purely based on its recipient. This means that it can easily expose complex patterns and analytics that are usually impossible to find. Converello can search deep into the contents of every message to find specific keywords or phrases.

Converello documents connections between senders and recipients both inside and outside your organisation. This allows deep and powerful insights to be explored helping you understand who your business is interacting with both in real time and in the past.

Emails can be identified based on numerous criteria, grouped into short lists, and exported in order to satisfy regulatory and compliance requirements. Every import and user activity is recorded to ensure a robust audit trail is always available.

Every email is digitally signed and encrypted immediately that it is received. Encryption ensures data security and the digital signature proves that the data has not been tampered with. Whenever any email is retrieved and displayed or exported its encryption and signature are checked for validity.

The platform can be configured to only import or specifically exclude data from or to specific senders as emails are received. Users can be provided with fine grain permissions ensuring that they are only granted access to data to which they are allowed.

Documents, media and attachments are seperated from email conversations and listed by filename and type. Where multiple versions of the same attachment exist, these are collated and listed together. Each document can be traced back to find the email(s) that it relates to and hence its path through the business can be easily traced.

Meta data for each document is automatically exposed, such as the type of device or software which created an image as well as its location.

Contacts, both internal and external to your business are profiled to demonstrate when they are most active and hence when may be a good time to maximise the chances of a positive enagement.
